We are looking for an IT Service Manager for our customer, a well-established IT Service Provider with a focus on Managed Services.
Requirements
- First-hand experience in IT Service Management
- Completed education or degree in the IT sector
- 5-7 years of professional experience in IT Service Management or a comparable position
- Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure (e.g., Windows Server, networks, VMware, backup)
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes (certification is a plus, but not a must)
- Structured and self-reliant working style and enjoyment of collaboration with customers and colleagues
- Experience with ticket systems and common office tools - ideally also with CRM or ERP systems
