Job Description
HR Generalist responsible for supporting employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, drafting employment contracts, and collaborating on HR projects. Passionate about HR and shaping modern, service-oriented HR work. Strong language skills in German and English required.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in HR
- Experience in administrative HR work throughout the employee lifecycle
- Initial experience in HR projects or process improvements
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Enthusiasm for process optimization and efficient workflows
- Experience with common HR software, ideally with Personio
