We are looking for a Global Operations Specialist to execute the shipment lifecycle for Ocean & Air shipments, ensuring data integrity and minimizing delays. As a team member in our North American Operations group, you'll immerse yourself in our company culture and master world-class operations.

Requirements

• Executing the movement of ocean and air freight shipments
• Maintaining communications with Flexport transportation and warehousing partners
• Working cross-functionally within Flexport
• Maintaining data quality of client's information
• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs)
