Job Description
Flexport is a global logistics company looking for a Manager, Ocean Operations to lead a team of operations experts and navigate complex challenges in the freight forwarding industry. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ocean export and import rules and regulations, as well as experience in leadership and logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related fields.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain or ocean carrier operations.
- 2 to 3 years of leadership experience
- Very good knowledge of ocean export & import rules & regulations in Cambodia
- Thorough understanding of both FCL and LCL business
