Ocean Operations Associate

The role of the Ops Associate is a critical part of making Flexport's mission to make global trade easy for everyone a reality. As the person who executes service delivery for our clients, you have the unique opportunity to help your regional account team spot opportunities to improve and grow our customers' business.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in professional logistics, freight forwarding, ocean operations (Seafreight knowledge is a plus)
• Language requirements: Bahasa Malay + English + Mandarin
• Experience or Exposure to handle special cargo (reefer, DG, oversized) will be an advantage
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, billing, and data entry
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• A proactive, organized team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
