People Operations Coordinator (Back Half)

Flexport is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to provide essential support for the Lewisville Fulfillment Center workforce, manage employee lifecycle events, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in People Operations, HR Coordinator, or similar administrative support role
• Ability to work a Back Half schedule (Wed-Sat 10:30am-8:30pm)
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and timekeeping software
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume inquiries with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport
