Flexport is looking for a Senior Manager, Communications & Content to drive forward how the company shows up in the world through media, content, and customer communications.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience spanning PR, communications, and content
- Proven media relationships and a track record of landing meaningful coverage in top-tier business, trade, and technology outlets
- Experience as a communications partner to senior executives
- Strong editorial instincts and the ability to build a content program from strategy through execution
- Experience owning customer communications in a B2B environment
- The ability to move fast, manage multiple workstreams at once, and exercise excellent judgment about what to say, when to say it, and how
- Familiarity with the logistics, supply chain, or trade industry
