Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience across editorial, corporate communications, content strategy, or related roles
• Proven ability to work directly with senior leaders and executives, including drafting or ghostwriting executive communications
• Strong editorial judgment with the ability to simplify complex, technical information without losing accuracy or nuance
• Experience supporting organizational change, major initiatives, or moments of heightened sensitivity through clear and effective communications
