Job Description
The Project Manager will lead and manage large, complex projects in the healthcare sector, overseeing budgets, resource allocation, and interdependencies to ensure successful delivery of technology, business, and process changes. This role will apply organizational change management strategies using structured methodologies such as Prosci to guide project adoption and success.
Requirements
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification
- 10 years experience as a Project Manager in healthcare-related projects
- 7 years experience managing organizational change management projects using a structured methodology like Prosci
- 5 years experience in large transformational projects involving organizational or service redesign
- 3 years experience managing public health surveillance and monitoring projects on a provincial level
- 3 years experience working closely with Indigenous/First Nations stakeholders
- 1 year experience collaborating with multiple government departments and reporting to government leadership
- 1 year experience on projects involving post-secondary educational institutions
