Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Mechanic

Flexsys is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Mechanic for their Sauget, IL plant. The role involves maintaining site equipment, assisting with maintenance planning, and troubleshooting electrical/instrumentation problems. The position contributes to maintaining high standards of performance in a team environment and staying updated on process changes. Flexsys is a growing tire additive manufacturer committed to quality, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in related field or Electrical and/or Instrumentation Diploma/Degree/or equivalent
• Ability to excel in a team environment while working with minimal supervision
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to read and interpret equipment drawings
• Self-starter and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong planning, organization, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills and a desire to provide “attention to detail”
• Knowledge of SAP
• Physical ability to work rotating shifts, climb stairs/ladders, and perform maintenance on equipment.
