Job Description
Flexsys has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Manager, reporting to the W.G. Krummrich Site Manager. The role is accountable for all maintenance services support at the site, leading continuous improvements in processes and people.
Requirements
- Prioritize multiple demands and allocate resources
- Set clear expectations for all maintenance employees
- Champion change management in safety, environmental stewardship, and productivity
- Provide leadership to technical and non-technical team members
- Develop and manage the M&R budget
- Collaborate with Procurement to select Equipment Vendors and define spare parts strategy
