We are seeking an Accounts Payable & Accounting Specialist to support a U.S.-based organization within the Senior Living industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong interest in improving processes and leveraging technology.
Requirements
- Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments
- Support CapEx tracking and management, ensuring accurate classification and documentation of capital expenses
- Assist with accounting processes beyond AP, including reconciliations and financial data validation
- Work within accounting systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with the accounting team during month-end close activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, including the use of AI tools when applicable
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
