Sr Accountant - Real Estate & Property (Guadalajara, Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in property accounting to manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in property accounting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
