Staff Accountant (Hybrid in Guadalajara)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department through financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Proven experience working with US companies and strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Finance Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience
• Previous experience in the Senior Living industry is preferred
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus
