Job Description
Join our small, highly talented team as a Software Developer (FX) and have influence on key design and architectural decisions, while working with high-profile clients and banks in the FX industry.
Requirements
- BSc and/or MSc/PhD in Computer Science (or other STEM major with relevant experience)
- Professional experience in a technical role
- Experience in software development, including an understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design and core programming concepts
- Linux experience including shell-scripting
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Desire to learn both the business and technical aspects of the financial capital markets in which FlexTrade operates
- Understanding of the FIX protocol (not essential)
- Client facing experience in a professional setting
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate confidently and concisely
