Paid Media Coordinator

Flighthouse is a leading digital entertainment brand that pioneers innovative content for the next generation. The Paid Media Coordinator will support the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital campaigns across Spotify, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and/or Google Ads (YouTube)
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and optimization strategies
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for reporting and financial tracking
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
