LEAD SYSTEM ENGINEER

FlightSafety International is seeking a Lead System Engineer to support Aircrew Training System (ATS) and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) programs, as well as new business efforts. The successful candidate will perform systems engineering, project engineering, subcontractor management, and proposal preparation tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of aircrew training system or flight simulation device experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or with others without constant direct supervision
• Ability to tactfully manage and direct subcontractor personnel
