Manager Program Sr

The Manager Program Sr position plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated programs to ensure goals are accomplished within time frame and funding parameters.

Requirements

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated programs
• Manages complex programs and may manage lower level Program Managers
• Provides training to department members
• Provides guidance to less senior Teammates
• Establishes program plan, budget, and staffing needs
• Reviews labor and material expenditures and manages program budget
• Reviews progress payments
• Directs and coordinates activities of program personnel
• Prepares program reports for management, customer, or other stakeholders
