Aviation Flight Coordinator

The Flight Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all flight operations and coordinating services in accordance with FAA requirements and company manuals.

Requirements

• Responsible to the Lead Dispatcher for an elevated level of knowledge, accuracy, and teamwork to provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.
• Ensure crewmembers are current and qualified for an assigned flight.
• Responsible for monitoring and selecting preferred vendor services such as FBOs, international support agencies, fuelers, caterers, hotels, and ground transportation services.
• Manage the internal Dispatch trip checklist and confirm completion of all items prior to execution of the flight.
• Communicate with crew members in all stages of a trip.
