Job Description
FLiiP is a rapidly scaling SaaS platform for commercial gyms, seeking a Visual Content & Brand Designer. This is a high-ownership role focused on creating and maintaining brand visual identity across all channels, leveraging modern tools like AI, and collaborating with the Content Marketing Manager. The role requires a creative force who can lead the development of FLiiP's brand and content engine.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience as a brand designer, visual designer, or creative generalist
- Portfolio demonstrating range in layout, typography, and color, with motion and video work
- Fluency with Figma, Adobe CC, After Effects, Webflow, and recent AI-powered platforms
- Proven experience creating high-quality marketing content for growth, content, or paid media teams
- Ability to balance craft with speed, know when to polish and when to ship fast
- Strong communication and autonomous building skills
