Job Description
FLiiP is seeking a creative visual content and brand designer to own all visual content creation across various platforms, including static graphics, motion design, and video. The role offers full ownership, collaboration with the CGO and Content Marketing Manager, and utilizes modern tools like AI to accelerate workflows. This is a 100% remote position based in Canada.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience as a brand designer, visual designer, or creative generalist.
- Portfolio showcasing strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and color, with examples of motion design and video work.
- Fluency with Figma, Adobe CC, After Effects, Webflow, and AI-powered platforms.
- Proven experience creating marketing content for growth, content, or paid media teams.
- Ability to balance craft with speed and iteration.
- Strong communication and autonomous building skills.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and growth teams.
