Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer

Join Flinn, a fast-growing European startup, and shape the development of a new product that increases the safety of medical devices. As a Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will work closely with customers, build AI Native products, and play a key role in growing the tech team.

Requirements

• Experience with LLMs including prompt engineering, agent development and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience building AI Agents and working with different AgentSDK.
• Proven track record of designing, implementing, delivering and maintaining complex web applications.
• Fast prototyper to test hypothesis directly with customers.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus) and Python.
• Extensive experience building modern backend systems using Node.js (preferably using Express.js).
• Experience in frontend development with React is a strong plus.
• Ability to work closely with our customers on-site working in fast iteration cycles.
• Strong product-minded thinking not just about the code but also deeply about the product.
• Travel frequently to customer sites to build in person with customers.
