Manage the Flint Group Customer Graphical Technical Center Processes and provide Technical Support to the Customer, while maintaining and supporting the Flint Group performance targets.
Requirements
- Achieve a zero-work place injury and incident record
- Comply with all Flint Group and customer Safety requirements
- Maintain proper inventory levels
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
- Develop and maintain a plan to work off press returns and obsolete materials
- Coordinates scheduling of work and assignments
- Provide Technical Support / troubleshoot Customer Press / Ink related issues
- Document and communicate Technical Issues
- Maintain Action Register on Customer / Ink Room Process improvements
- Prepare and maintain accurate manufacturing and quality control records
- Fill in as needed to cover Graphic Technician responsibilities
- Maintain Graphic Technician performance records, approve ADP time cards and recommend promotion and compensation increase
