Ink Technician

Safely perform the job responsibilities of the Graphic Technician position to supply products and services which support the success of the Customer, while maintaining adherence to the Flint Group Corporate policies and values to achieve the performance objectives of the location.

Requirements

• Maintain a clean and organized work place using Lean manufacturing and 5 s techniques.
• Comply with all Flint Group and customer Safety requirements.
• Use of ADP Time Clock process to maintain accurate record of time worked.
• Weigh, blend, QC, and deliver press-ready inks to meet customer's production schedule.
• Follow quality control and inspection process, including Color control with X Rite equipment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate manufacturing and quality control records.
• Assist with job scheduling and ink estimations for jobs going to press.
• Maintain inventory levels of Flint Group products to support customer demand.
• Work off excess products to meet targets.
