Maintenance Technician - Montreal

The maintenance technician will be responsible for repairs and preventive maintenance of grinding and production equipment, including mixers, grinders, pumps, and other manufacturing equipment.

Requirements

• Communicate in French and English
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, pushing or pulling objects weighing up to 23 kg
• Perform special, common and preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and pneumatic problems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components of equipment
• Perform basic electrical installations and upgrades
• Perform welding and manufacturing work
• Collaborate with other department teams
• Use web applications for equipment monitoring and data analysis
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
• Update and maintain detailed maintenance records and reports
