Job Description
Responsible for assisting the project manager with assigned construction projects and company policy, including scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring project activity to ensure completion within budget and on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, or related discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in construction management, including estimating, project management, scheduling, cost control, and personnel administration
- Knowledge of company standard policies and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications
- Ability to perform quantity take-offs, estimate construction costs, organize bid forms, and manage project budgets
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
