Job Description
Flintco is seeking a Project Manager for Commercial Construction in Springdale, AR. The successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in construction management and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. The position involves managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology or a related discipline
- At least 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management
- Knowledge of construction project plans, schedules, and estimates
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Professional certification, i.e. LEED AP, DBIA, ASHE, is a plus
