Job Description
Special Projects Project Manager will be responsible for initiating and cultivating new business, and maintaining relationships with potential and repeat customers, architects, engineers and subcontractors, estimating and budgeting conceptual and lump sum bid projects and performing Special Projects pre-construction services in cooperation with corporate goals and the local marketing and business plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology or a related discipline
- 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management, including estimating, project management, scheduling, cost control, and personnel administration
- Professional certification, i.e. LEED AP, DBIA, ASHE, is a plus
