Job Description
FlixTrain is seeking a highly motivated Train Driver Trainer to conduct on-site training for train attendants and driver:innen. The role involves developing and updating training materials, conducting training sessions, and contributing to the security and efficiency of the railway operation. This position is within a dynamic, collaborative team focusing on the field and communication with train personnel.
Requirements
- Completed train operation training with at least 3 years of professional experience in the railway sector.
- Valid driving license for trains for at least 2 years.
- Experience as a trainer, instructor or inspector for train personnel.
- High travel willingness and flexibility for long-distance assignments with overnight stays.
- Safe handling of MS Office and interest in digital learning formats.
- Very good German skills (at least C1).
