Job Description
FlixTrain is seeking a Traininee to train train staff and drivers. The role focuses on the practical application of operational procedures in rail operations, with training delivered in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Mannheim. The trainer will also contribute to the creation of training materials and analyze learner performance, supporting the company's goal of safety, efficiency, and service quality.
Requirements
- Organize and lead on-site training sessions.
- Develop and update training materials with digital learning formats.
- Execute independently training and refresher courses.
- Create and analyze learner success monitoring.
- Work closely with other trainers.
- Valid driver's license for trains since at least 2 years.
- High travel willingness and flexibility for long-term assignments.
- Safe handling of MS Office and interest in digital learning formats.
- Teamwork, social skills and excellent communication skills.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the railway industry.
