The Distribution Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating interventions, supporting technicians, and ensuring communication with clients and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in distribution, field team coordination, or operational management.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in distribution, field team coordination, or operational management
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
• Good knowledge of technical operations or field support, ideally in maintenance or technical equipment
• Solid communication skills to collaborate with technicians, clients, and subcontractors across Canada
• Ability to quickly analyze situations, diagnose problems, and propose appropriate solutions
• Proficiency in computer tools and intervention management systems (ticketing, ERP, GMAO)
• French-English bilingualism required, at a professional level
