Delivery Manager (PlatformOps Manager)

Flo is looking for a Delivery Manager (PlatformOps Manager) to lead our Monetization Content Delivery team. Your main objective is to help us smoothly deliver content to the Flo app, ensuring content reaches the right audience safely, efficiently and with high quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering/delivery management experience leading a software development team
• People management experience: regular 1:1s, coaching, feedback, performance reviews and compensation input/ownership
• Strong ownership of Agile delivery execution: planning, estimation, retrospectives, sprint goal delivery, backlog hygiene
• Ability to translate product requests into executable technical plans, ensuring clarity of scope and dependencies
• Strong engineering mindset around quality, maintainability and pragmatic tech debt management
• Excellent stakeholder communication: clear status, transparent risks and proactive escalation when needed
• Experience fostering a healthy team culture: psychological safety, accountability and constructive collaboration
• Working knowledge of operating services in production, including incident handling and post-incident learning
