Senior Product Designer

Flo, the world's #1 health & fitness app, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape complex, system-level design solutions that elevate user experiences across the app. The role combines deep expertise in interaction design, systemic thinking, and visual craft with the ability to architect scalable frameworks and influence product direction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience designing mobile applications
• Portfolio demonstrating systemic design, advanced interaction design, motion and micro-interaction expertise, and measurable product impact
• Experience creating scalable frameworks, contribution to design systems, and interaction models
• Proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools (e.g., Protopie)
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to distill complex ideas into clear narratives and influence stakeholders
• Deeply collaborative, with experience mentoring and raising the craft bar for design teams
• Commitment to accessibility, inclusion, and ethical design practices
