Account Executive, Business Development

Flock Freight is a FreightTech company seeking an Account Executive to drive growth by acquiring, expanding, and retaining shipper relationships across the United States. This is a high-impact inside sales role focused on outbound prospecting and new logo acquisition, followed by account expansion and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ year of direct, customer-facing sales experience in an outbound or mixed outbound environment
• Strong understanding of LTL freight
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales and activity quotas
• Competitive, self-motivated, and driven by performance, achievement, and earning potential
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
