Flock Safety is a leading safety technology platform that helps communities thrive by taking a proactive approach to crime prevention and security. As a Regional Solutions Engineer, you will be embedded in the deal cycle, engaging customers from initial discovery to final sign-off, and partnering closely with Account Executives (AEs) to understand customer pain points, consult on requirements, tailor platform demonstrations, and design deployment strategies that align with their priorities.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of sales engineering or technology sales experience
- Ability to connect and align all platform capabilities—hardware, software, AI, and integrations—toward solving specific customer pain points and delivering measurable value
- Strong ability to deliver compelling in-person and virtual demonstrations, articulate competitive differentiators, and influence key stakeholders at all levels
- Experience partnering with Account Executives (AEs) to accelerate deal cycles, drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) and Proof of Concept (POC) plans, and responding to RFPs/RFIs
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, with the ability to design scalable deployment strategies
- Experience with real-time video, physical security, and VMS systems is a plus
- Understanding of public safety, security, and commercial loss prevention is a plus
- Experience with crime mapping and mapping tools is also beneficial
