Flock Safety is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Design to elevate usability, consistency, and design quality across our product suite while strengthening the partnership between Product, Engineering, and Design.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing product designers
- Strong UX foundation and expertise across the core design disciplines
- Exceptional cross-functional communication skills
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced, high-growth settings
