Job Description
Flock is the leading safety technology platform, helping communities thrive by taking a proactive approach to crime prevention and security. The company is seeking a Traveling Field Technician to join its Field Operations team, responsible for installing and maintaining camera and solar infrastructure. The role requires 1-2 weeks of travel per month and involves working hands-on in the field, adapting to dynamic schedules, and seeing the impact of work every day.
Requirements
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and working outdoors
- Experience in construction, electrical, low-voltage wiring, or similar hands-on roles preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently across varying job types and environments
- Comfortable driving vans and trucks and towing small trailers
