Job Description
Flock is a safety technology platform that helps communities thrive by taking a proactive approach to crime prevention and security. As a UAS Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the health, reliability, and continuous evolution of our drone fleet and docking infrastructure.
Requirements
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with our drone systems
- Review post-flight telemetry via our diagnostic tools
- Develop KPI dashboards related to drone system performance and engineering escalation
- Update and improve preventative maintenance and inspection schedules
- Act as the primary feedback loop between field operations and the Engineering team
- Create and maintain technical SOPs and troubleshooting guides
- Participate in the hands-on "bring-up" and QA testing of new docking hardware, and drone systems
