Job Description
Floform Countertops is seeking an Outside Sales Territory Manager for the Seattle region. This role focuses on driving sales and business development within the builder segment, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, goal-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the construction, home improvement, or building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of countertop products and materials (granite, quartz, marble, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to travel within the designated territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
