EHS Facilities Coordinator

The EHS Facilities Coordinator will provide leadership to the Production Solutions segment, ensuring environmental, health and safety compliance through positive relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders. They will develop and implement safety policies and procedures, manage work-related incidents, and provide technical advice and guidance to management teams.

Requirements

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations
• Manage work related incidents with a focus on case management
• Develop and implement employee-training programs as indicated by regulatory guidelines, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment
• Identify and develop best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices
• Provide technical advice, coaching, guidance, training and mentoring to management team, supervisors and leads on safety initiatives and effective safety program ownership
• Directs EH&S project(s) including project design and schedule to meet objectives
• Ensure compliance with timely reporting as required by state and federal health safety regulations and statues
• Maintain environmental reports and reporting (i.e. including Storm water permits, SPCC, etc.)
• Interfaces effectively with peers and peer organizations – Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Continuous Improvement, Field Services and Quality– to achieve company goals and objectives
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and rules
