We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our team in Minneapolis. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales and establishing clinical adoption of Rampart products within a defined geographic area. You will develop new customer accounts and increase usage of company products in current customer accounts to meet sales quotas based on company sales goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 total years of med device sales experience
- Experience in clinical operations
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice, ISO 13485, 21CFR Part 820, and MEDDEV regulations pertaining to clinical research
- Financial and operational knowledge of the medical industry
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, motivational abilities, and the ability to find and retain talented employees
- Resides in Minneapolis or nearby area
Benefits
- Base salary of $150K
- Variable compensation of $125K at plan (compensated on both capital & disposable sales)
- 1st Year OTE: $275K+, uncapped
