RAMPART is a company focused on redefining radiation protection by offering advanced shielding solutions. This is an Area Sales Manager role in the Pacific NW market, responsible for generating sales and establishing clinical adoption of Rampart products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of med device sales experience
- Capital sales experience preferred
- Experience in clinical operations
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice, ISO 13485, 21CFR Part 820, and MEDDEV regulations
- Financial and operational knowledge of the medical industry
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, motivational abilities, and the ability to find and retain talented employees
Benefits
- Compensation: Base: $150K, Variable: $125K at plan (compensated on both capital & disposable sales), 1st Year OTE: $275K+, uncapped
