Job Description
Reell offers a range of motion control products, including friction hinges, dampers, clutches, and custom solutions. As a Regional Sales Manager- West, you will develop and execute an annual sales plan to grow Reell's Industrial business in AZ and CA.
Requirements
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute an annual sales plan
- Key Account Management: Serve as primary point of contact for large, key account customers
- Sales Agent Development and Support: Partner with Channel Management to develop and support sales agent representatives
- Sales Reporting: Maintain timely, accurate records of customer interactions and sales forecasts
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and communicate industry trends and competitor activity
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal team members to align sales strategies with company objectives
Benefits
- Base Salary: $110k - $125k
- Variable Compensation: 30%
- Total Compensation: $145k-$165k
