Job Description
The Assistant Department Manager (Wood) is responsible for training and developing Product Sales Specialists, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience, and providing exceptional customer service and product information.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service/sales experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
