Job Description
As the Business Development Manager, you'll lead the team responsible for opening doors, building relationships, and expanding Floor & Decor's commercial footprint in markets that continue to evolve and grow.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of business development, sales leadership, or account management experience, ideally within commercial flooring, building materials, construction, or related industries
- Proven success leading high-performing sales or business development teams in growth-focused environments
- Strong coaching, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels of the business
