Job Description
The Connected Customer Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of customer service associates, overseeing cashiering, returns, and inventory management, and providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. The role requires a high level of organization, communication, and leadership skills. Successful connected customer supervisors are team builders, customer service champions, and detail-oriented.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience
- High school diploma and/or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment
