The Connected Customer Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of customer service associates and providing an exceptional shopping experience to customers. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience, and a high school diploma and/or GED. The supervisor will oversee processes such as cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory management, and e-commerce support.
