Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first and final interaction for Floor & Decor's customers, providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations. You will greet customers, process transactions, handle returns, and create an exceptional experience for every customer.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Customer service experience
- Potential travel to other stores for support
