Designer

Floor & Decor Designers provide a seamless start to finish consultative design service to customers, building lasting relationships and brand loyalty. They are responsible for meeting with customers, listening to their project needs, and building a creative design concept that incorporates their personal style, lifestyle, and budget.

Requirements

• Minimum of One (1) year of interior design experience or prior retail/sales experience
• Degree in Design is a plus
• Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Internal candidates must have 12 months of experience in a design consultant position
