Logistics Analyst

Logistics Analyst supports Floor & Decor's North American transportation network by managing inbound and outbound freight across DCs and vendors, analyzing freight performance, and partnering with internal teams and transportation providers to improve service and control costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Logistics or Supply Chain
• 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
• Working knowledge of transportation and supply chain principles
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, problem-solving mindset with a high level of motivation and professionalism
